At Woodmark, we take pride in delivering high-quality furniture that meets your expectations. We understand that in rare cases, you may need to return or exchange a product. This policy outlines the conditions and process for returns, exchanges, and refunds.

All products are thoroughly inspected before dispatch. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery by providing clear photographs of the issue. Our team will review your claim and arrange a repair, replacement, or refund as appropriate. Claims made after 24 hours may not be eligible for compensation.

Custom-made or personalized furniture is non-refundable and non-exchangeable unless the item arrives with manufacturing defects or damage during transit. Since these products are built to your specifications, we are unable to resell them. For standard, non-customized products, returns may be accepted within 7 days of delivery provided the item is unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

The return process begins once we receive your request and approve the eligibility. You will be required to send the item back to our designated address at your own cost unless the return is due to an error or fault on our part. Upon receiving and inspecting the returned product, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days and issued through the original payment method.

We do not accept returns or offer refunds for slight variations in color, texture, or grain patterns, as these are natural characteristics of wood and other materials. Similarly, minor differences in measurements within acceptable industry tolerances are not considered defects.

Woodmark reserves the right to reject returns that do not meet our stated requirements or are returned without prior authorization. By placing an order on our website, you acknowledge and agree to this Return & Refund Policy.
